Before your initial consultation with our lead clinician, you will be greeted by a friendly face. Our team will do our best to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Every patient who walks through our door has different dental needs and expectations. Our dentists are experts in their specific fields and will discuss any concerns about your current dental health.  They’ll encourage you to share any wishes you may have about enhancing your smile, comfort and function. Our aim is to ensure you are comfortable at all times.

Diagnosis 

An important part of this initial discussion is to learn about your past and recent dental experiences, whether negative or positive. Our aim is to exceed your expectations. We want to enhance your positive experiences and build a rapport with you.  We hope you’ll feel relaxed in detailing the reasons for wanting dental treatment and the results you wish to achieve.

During this consultation we’ll take x-rays, a 3D digital scan of your teeth and potentially a CBCT scan. Using the results of the diagnostic findings and your expressed concerns and goals, we’ll arrive at a full understanding of your dental condition. We can then formulate treatment plans and a patient journey with appropriate options to address all your wants and needs. Moreover, we’ll establish which treatments may be most suitable for you to achieve the smile you’re looking for.

Conclusions

Following your initial consultation, a Note of the discussion and Treatment Plan can be emailed to you on request.  This will describe all your treatment options and estimated costs.  Our fees for such Notes and Plans reflect the complexity of your needs and will be discussed during the Consultation.
